Job Overview

We are currently engaged in a search for a temporary associate for a period of 3 weeks to back-fill for the Executive Assistant position. Our client is one of Canada’s largest distributors and producers of healthcare products in the GTA and is conveniently located in the North York area (across the street from York University-Keele Campus)

You will be responsible for:

  • Making travel arrangements and managing two CEO’s Outlook Calendars
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls accordingly
  • Scheduling personal appointments
  • Calendar management (Outlook Calendars)
  • Filing, photocopying, compiling documents
  • Serving drinks/lunches/snacks to executives and guests
  • Preparing boardrooms for meetings/clearing room after meetings
  • Other items as requested by 2 CEO’S
  • Proficiency in all MS Office Suite is imperative

Requirements:

  • University/Post-secondary education
  • Articulate communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook
  • Must have a personal vehicle
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Hours of work: 10:30am-7:00 pm (30 minutes break)

What’s in it for you?

$20/hr+Weekly Payday

As role supports executives, there may be a need to start earlier in the morning on occasion and flexibility is required. This is a short-term contract.
