Career1 is currently hiring an experienced Business Development Manager who will lead our sales division to grow with us to our next level of success. The primary focus of this position is to bring in new business from new clients across Texas. What you bring:

· A minimum of 5 plus years of Business Development/Sales experience in recruitment with 3 years in a managerial role related to Business Development (staffing agency preferred)

You are knowledgeable about employment and labour laws
You have a proven ability to prospect, develop new business and build rapport quickly to penetrate key client organizations across sales territory
You possess a high level of comfort performing cold calls and delivering formal presentations to decision-makers
You demonstrate the strong relationship, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
You are persistence and have a strong drive to win over new clients and build business
You identify customers’ staffing needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients
You have managed and trained sales representatives in all aspects of selling in the recruitment sector.
Able to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
You have a valid driving license and reliable transportation to flexibly meet with clients daily
What you will do at Career1:

Assist in defining and developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through a consultative and value-added approach through quick rapport building
Maintain relationships with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone to manage expectations on how Career1 can meet their needs
Create, customize and present proposals to promote our staffing services
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services and work with the operations and the recruiting team to ensure smooth transitions
Exceed sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts.
