Senior Engineer- Design and Development Apr 2019 – Nov 2022
- Motor & General Sales Pvt. Ltd
1. Using AutoCAD, Solidworks- designed and developed passenger vehicles like buses, vans, and
other special products like troops carriers, ambulances-according to the Government norms by
ARAI-India. Created a Bill of Material, Cost Estimation, and Project Budgeting.
2. Developed and utilized project functional specifications, timelines for engineering tasks, and
DFMEAs for components and assemblies.
3. Headed the development of Advanced Life Support- Human Ambulance’s new variant
prototype in 6 months. All the tests and inspections were cleared on the first attempt.
4. Developed the Veterinary Ambulance's prototype in 20 days, and commanded the further 519
vehicles to be manufactured in 60 days.
5. Designed and developed Blood Collection & Transportation Van for Govt. Madhya Pradesh in
such a way that this vehicle can also be used in an emergency, for instance, during the Covid-
19 pandemic.
6. Executed Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessment on
project components and assemblies.
7. Analyzed customers’ needs and recommended products, discussed products with customers,
and explained technical concepts simply.

1. Part designing of an automobile product in both 3D and 2D.
2. Implemented Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) on engineering drawings.
