About the Candidate

I am a multi-skilled, creative with many years of office, call center & retail customer service experience. Highlights include, managing inbound & outbound queues, facilitating Workshops / Training in computers, data entry in SAP & Excel, & direct sales at industry conventions / live events. I am also a lifelong creative, with expertise in graphic design, creative writing, and audio content production. This combination of business skills and creative passion has served me well in the past 5 years as an employee at Apple Retail. In addition to an extremely high focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, I’ve also had the opportunity to be part of the WorkshopTeam (for approx 18months), providing customers with both group & one to one training on Computers, Tablets, and Smartphones. For the past year, I have also been sharing my passion for teaching and motivating other creatives to achieve their goals, through my creative lifestyle podcast & a personal Blog.
With my creative background, combined with my overall work history, I believe I have acquired a strong set of transferable skills which would make me a valuable candidate for many organizations.
