 Provide all the necessary administrative information for United States Government Property by using MAXIMO system powered by TIVOLI Software (IBM), this system layout all the data base of an asset of all items that has been populated in the Headquarters (Houston, Texas). On the category of ASSETS it provides the information of the item which you can see the Description, Make, Model and Serial Number, Price, Purchase Order.
 Materials Requisition and Materials Received of an asset, the Task Order of the assets, condition code of the asset if that is serviceable or non-serviceable. In here you must also identify if that is a Commercial Acquired Property (CAP) – Purchase to the Vendor and Government Furnishing Equipment (GFE), FSS, MRO that came from military.
 On this system we will track the information who is using this asset/assets by looking the badge # of the person, the date that was issued to the person, the requisition document # (Hand Receipt), the location on which site where those asset/assets on which military camps located that includes there Department and exact location. And also by tracking if the asset/assets are Damage and it will go to Fare, wear & Tear (FWT) and turn in to DRMO, and when the asset was lost it should be recovered with the creation of a memorandum.
 Accountable for the Data Entry Guidelines of the MAXIMO System just like DE-TAG of the Government Property No. (GP#) with an Asset No. those Items are guaranty to removed from the System in accordance of the ITEM if that is Damage or Lost, Return to the Vendor and Tag of Error.
Job Description as an Administrative Specialist:
 Maintain business contact database of potential clients and business partners.
 Maintain the documents control room.
 Report daily, weekly & monthly reports.
 Report daily activities reports.
 Report time sheet to HR.
 Deal with travels/tickets.
